As Key Account Manager at mYngle I reported directly to Xavier, who was my Sales Manger at that time. I can say that working with him for the last 2 years has been a real pleasure. Xavier has been a patient teacher and he transferred me all his knowledge on Sales, but more than that he has been a team member on which I knew I could always count. Many Sales Managers fail in accomplishing this goal. but not Xavier. He never forgot to make me feel appreciated for the job I was doing. We worked as a team to achieve the Sales targets and to improve the work flow. He has been always open to listen to my suggestions and although he gave me a lot of independence, he has always been available to provide me support. I saw him putting his heart and soul into this job and I really respect him for this.
